Getting your guide
How do I get my guide after I buy it?
Right after checkout, your download link appears on your order confirmation page. We also email the link to the address you used at checkout, so you can come back to it later.
I didn't get the email. What should I do?
First check your spam or promotions folder. If it isn't there, contact us with your order number and we'll send you a new link.
What format are the guides in?
Every guide is a PDF. It opens on any phone, tablet or computer with no special app needed, and you can print it if you prefer paper.
Do you ship anything?
No. All of our guides are digital downloads, so there's nothing to ship and nothing to wait for.
Using your guide
Can I print my guide?
Yes. You're welcome to print your guide for your own personal use.
Can I share my guide with friends?
Each purchase is for one person's personal use, so please don't share, upload or resell the file. If someone you know would find it helpful, send them our way.
Is this medical, financial or legal advice?
No. Our guides are for general education and self-help. They aren't a substitute for advice from a doctor, therapist, financial advisor or lawyer who knows your situation. If you have a health condition or concern, check with a professional before trying something new.

I lost my download link. Can I get it again?
Yes. Use the link in your order email, or contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.
