Our promise
We want every guide to genuinely help you. If you don’t get value from a guide you bought from us, you can ask for a refund.

How to request a refund
Email pdfguidestation@gmail.com with your order number, the name of the guide, and (optionally) a quick note on why it wasn’t right for you. We’ll refund your payment to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear.

Problems with your download
If your file won’t open, your link isn’t working, or you got the wrong guide, contact us and we’ll send you a working file or a new link right away.

Digital products
Because our guides are digital downloads, there’s nothing to send back. We trust you, so please only request a refund if the guide truly wasn’t helpful.
